We process your provider applications for all health plans and handle the credentialing process on your behalf. We provide complete managed care contract negotiations and contract administration for all types of players (HMO, PPO, Managed Medicaid and Medicare), TPAs, union funds and other purchasers. We can also provide an assessment of any existing contracts and manage contract renewals and re-negotiations.


We work with your business office staff to provide education on reimbursement and managed care plan products and benefits. We assist you in increasing revenue streams through process improvements and facilitating problem solving with issues as: eligibility, authorizations, claims and billing resolution, policy clarifications and discharge planning.


With more than 25 years of combined experience in long-term care operations, managed care contracting, and health plan operations, we have the relationships and market knowledge required to execute your managed care strategy. We are currently contracted with all national health plans, state and regional managed care plans offering sub-acute, rehabilitative and long-term care services to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial populations. We also work with market specific health plans on your behalf.


Our SNF network continues to grow as does our demonstrated success in establishing positive working relationship with all players while enhancing revenue for our network providers. We currently represent over 50 Skilled nursing facilities in Florida and 12 skilled nursing facilities in Texas.
